The TrussMaker is used in the assembly of timber roof trusses. Precut timber components are positioned within the jigging system, and nailplates are placed at each joint. The ride-on press head then travels along the truss, accurately pressing the plates into the timber to secure every connection. Once complete, the finished truss is manually ejected from the table.
The TrussMaker automated jig platen press is a purpose-built alternative to manual jigging. Streamline your timber roof truss assembly with a smarter, more efficient workflow.
Increased Productivity
Faster setups and a streamlined workflow deliver more trusses per shift with consistent results.
Optimised Footprint
The TrussMaker takes up comparable floor space to manual jig systems – for a smarter use of space in your plant.
Automated Jigging
Reduce reliance on skilled jig setters – the automated jigging requires less specialist skill to operate.
