The automated plate progressors precisely align the wall plates to each stud location in preparation for nailing. After each automated nailing cycle, the integrated automated plate progressors indexes the frame to the next stud location. This automated cycle continues until the wall frame has been completed and ready to move to the next phase of the manufacturing process.
